Refund policy
At PabloProps, all our products are custom made and personalized to customer specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
🔴 Custom Products
Our helmets, props and accessories are unique pieces, designed and 3D printed on demand. This means they cannot be resold or reused for another customer. Once the production process has started, it is not possible to cancel, modify or refund them.
📏 Customer Responsibility - Taking Measurements
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly provide their measurements and specifications. We are not responsible for errors in the measurements provided by the customer. Be sure to follow the measurement instructions before placing your order.
🚚 Exception - Product Damaged in Shipment
An exchange will only be accepted if the product has arrived broken or visibly damaged. In that case, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damage, the product and the condition of the box.
This situation is extremely unlikely, as we invest heavily in packaging protection systems and work with reliable and high quality shipping services.
🎨 Unverifiable Damage
We do not accept claims for alleged damage that cannot be objectively verified by photographs, or if made outside the stipulated time frame.
