Welcome to PabloProps. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Nature of the Product
    All products sold are custom-made and personalized using 3D printing. Due to their nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damage during shipping (see our Return Policy).

  2. Purchase Process
    The customer is responsible for providing all the necessary information correctly for the production of the product, especially measurements, colors, and requested customizations. Any errors resulting from incorrect information provided will be the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Production and Timeframes
    The estimated production time is indicated at the time of purchase. This may vary depending on order volume or external factors (holidays, shipping delays, etc.). If there is any delay, we will always inform you with complete transparency.

  4. Resale and Use of Products
    You may resell, modify, or use the product freely once received. The only thing we ask is that you do not present it as your own creation if you did not make it yourself.

  5. Digital Content and Rights
    All content published by PabloProps (photos, videos, texts, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of PabloProps. Its use or reproduction is not allowed without prior authorization.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper use of the product.

  • Errors in the measurements provided by the customer.

  • Issues related to shipping, except in cases covered by our Return Policy.

    We work with trusted courier companies and carefully protect each shipment. If any problem arises with the package, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you.
