At PabloProps, we take great care with every shipment to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and within the estimated timeframe.

📦 Shipping Companies
Domestic shipping (Spain):
We use Correos or Nacex, selecting the most suitable option depending on the type of product, size, and urgency.

International shipping:
We ship via FedEx, UPS, or Correos.
Correos is only used for non-fragile items (such as fabric masks or small props).
By default, we use standard shipping, but we also offer express international shipping (24–48h) upon customer request. This option has an additional cost.

✅ If you would like to use a specific courier company, please indicate this clearly when placing your order.

🛠️ Production Time
All products are personalized and made to order, so production time can vary between 1 week and 1 month.
The estimated production time will be indicated in each product description.

🕒 Shipping Times
Spain (domestic): 24 to 72 business hours from dispatch.
International standard: 7 to 10 business days.
International express (upon request): 24 to 48 hours.

📬 Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

⚠️ Incidents and Support
All products are carefully packaged to protect them during transport.
If your order arrives damaged or with damaged packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
